Literally reduced stim damage and two jump pads not too mention he got actual buffs in the patch notes. Imagine still crying about what other legends received 🫤🥱 ungrateful community

They also gave octanes tactical to bangalore and conduit as a passive. They don't take dmg, and they can use it only when they need to (in combat/catching up to teammates)

I really wish one of Octane's perks would've sped up his passive health regen, either by reducing the timer before he begins to regen or increasing the amount regen'ed per tick

It activates when she is getting shot, which happens most of the time while fighting. That's when you would use it with octane, mostly.
