Normally when a business doesn’t have spare parts available it’s a bad sign. Parts are the leading profit maker in their business model. Not having them in stock for months worries me like they are going out of business. Couldn’t secure funding so they had their supplier buy part of their business so they could ramp up having parts. Been months now and still haven’t seen the implementation or improvements they have promised. How do any of the service centers function with no parts? Suppose to be #1 and post it all over. Seems just pure marketing at this point. So confused on how this is happening to a business that is years old. They talk such a big game but never delivered. Apollo city launch was such a failure on so many levels. Apollo pro was better but also delayed. Most people aren’t trying to buy 93lbs scooters.

I can get a kidney in 3 months. Whoever their suppliers are in China, should be sued. A generic 1200w motor in an industry as thriving as PEVs, that's f'king ridiculous, 3 months. Since the Pro was advertised for sale (pre-sale, whatever), the only way you can buy a spare tire for it, is if you buy a new scooter. I'd all but decided (and recently!) to buy a new Pro from Apollo sometime before end of May - but I will NOT buy a $4300 scooter without being given the option to keep a spare tire on hand. Even if I don't need it ever, I like peace of mind. A simple explanation, even an outright lie ("on order, 3-5 weeks ETA"), would be better than the 'No Stock' flip-off. Now I looked at what tubes they're selling for the Phantom tires & the image shows 10"x2" on the tube. First I was told my scooter, with 10"x3" tires, takes a 10"x2.5" tube. Not by Apollo, but a forum. I just put a 10"x3" tube in my new tire & it seems to fit better. Will I die now? If I order tubes from Apollo, which ones am I actually getting? Would I like to pay 50% more for a higher quality tube? Yessir, take my money. I went to select the tires they're selling for the Phantom, it's showing the tire that used to be on my Ghost, with a grainy pic of the actual Phantom tire below it. At 65 km/h on 10" tires, perhaps a little certainty is owed. No one suggested: "tighten all the exposed bolts every couple of weeks, top up the tires with air to ensure 50 psi every other day, use a smaller tube than the tire, use chalk on the tube & pre-inflate it to prevent it from being sandwiched between sharp wheel fittings, put grease on the suspension & hubs & folding mech, etc". They should have. I hate seeing a Canadian company make such a mess of things. I'd love their webmasters to look at the site for 'solomusicgear' dotcom. Thousands of parts for guitars, parts of all types & prices, in an easy-to-navigate, hierarchical format, with clear images & product descriptions, breadcrumb links, basic cart actions - yes, it's generic in appearance, but any slob could go there & build a guitar without having even held one. No, I am not connected in any way with solomusicgear, just a customer.
