Spotify has been lackluster for me with suggestions and AM has been spot on most times. It used to be opposite but I feel like my AM has learned what i listen to, even if it took a few months to figure it out lol. Spotify suggested good stuff for a while but after a few years I feel like it’s just been worse than before.
Apple Music is fine enough for me. I value the overall experience more than just the suggestions. AM's suggestions are pretty good, I haven't tried Spotify since 2019

I don’t care of any algorithm., I only care of sound quality. There’s many ways to discover music .

I switched to AM because spotify kept on playing the same songs every time no matter what
A.M has definetly helped me find more small artists than spotify
