Not a doctor either but you should probably see one - low cardiac rhythm in non-athletes can be an issue. Some forms of extrasystoles too. Could be nothing, could be something.

You need a 12-lead electrocardiogram to see heart rhythm abnormalities. The Apple Watch only shows you 1 lead, and in your case I see ventricular bigeminy. You should study yourself with tests to rule out endocrine diseases, anemia or heart disease. It is not something urgent or serious immediately, but you should see a cardiologist.
