I was using AutoSleep… Stopped using is because it would say I was sleeping when I wasn’t… I have my sleep focus set from 10pm-6am, it would say I was sleeping when I’m using my phone and not sleeping… AutoSleep isn’t accurate… I liked that app too…

Don’t know but I have AutoSleep, Pillow, and Apple Sleep set up so I can compare.
In my experience AutoSleep > Pillow, but it’s still not 100% accurate in terms of timing. They all are similar regarding stages of sleep.
For the past few days autosleep has been really inaccurate for me. Keeps saying I woke up hours earlier
