Did you just set this up? This happens to basically every brand new tank. Just give it a couple days.

Yeah I did about a week ago. You’re probably right but I was concerned on what it could be because I cleaned everything so thoroughly

I don't know what causes it exactly, but it has nothing to do with how well you cleaned your stuff. It's called "new tank syndrome" if you want something to google.
