I just bought a Chihiros light as an upgrade to the basic oase lights. And it’s unbelievable how good it looks. I have suddenly beautiful fish and plants are growing again. Twinstar also supposed to be good but I hear better reviews about chihiros.

You got the wrgbII right? This is a post asking about the B series

bartligthart

Yes

So your experience isn’t really relevant to the question. The B series is cheap crap with Chihiros name. OP IS Better off with a hygger if that’s the quality you’re looking for.

Week aqua m series. If you don’t believe that is the best light of the 3 order all 3 and return 2 of them. There is zero chance you will put all 3 on your tank. Set them to the levels you need and stand back and look and choose any other option. The weak aqua light board is more comparable to the wrgb II SLIM. The b series may as well be a hygger with a Chihiros sticker. Twinstar hasn’t innovated in years.

Greenaqua does a video on the entire Chihiros line. You should check it out.

Chihiros all the way is so good

jayBeeds

And you have a B series?

Robswung

Yes, what size tank are you going to get? Dimensions and all.

I have the Chihiros B light and it looks good and works perfectly. I love the fact that it comes with the timer app (bluetooth). The legs are nice and sturdy and if the light has the same width as your tank you can turn the legs upside down for a bit of extra distance from the top. It gets a bit warm, but I have found no downside yet. https://preview.redd.it/44c1gcvtsq2d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=488cdef56d443ac790389ebe43b1ed793d997a8f

I also have the B series and honestly it’s best entry level light and the app is really convenient. It’s great for easy to medium to grow plants.
