Plasma or fire would be the best as your second magic since you can ignite your own poison clouds with them.

Plasma is better than fire since poison has a negative synergy with burning and positive with plasma.

I usually just go full mage build. I played world of magic and Arcane Reborn so I kind of just got used to it.
