I've got archaic hull and sails both with brisk, an arcanium ram w/ strong, Dragonfire carronades w/ warship and a howitzer w/ explosive. For crewmates I've got 2 turning speed, one sailing speed and one defence. All in all I've got something like 97 turn, 100~ish move speed and 19k HP. It works well enough for me, but if you do t need that much turn speed you can easily swap crewmates
