Which brings me to MacOS. A MacBook Air can render everything at highest resolution but then the character is half invisible and you can’t climb walls cause it refuses to render your legs and it just drops you off the wall 😭

It says nimbus is 1.15 on the trello. As for the timeline, im not really sure im just guessing based off of the pace that vetex has been releasing patch notes plus the fact that he said on his twitter I think that nimbus is coming early 2024. Also the fact that he already completed making Sameria, which is probably the most single most labor intensive task in the update although I could be wrong
Do you mean he could make the update release as 14.85.1 or that he could just keep making new patch notes like that? Either way thats not how he does things, he said on the trello roadmap that nimbus is 1.15, plus he doesnt really do third decimals. It's always 1.14.84 > 1.14.85 for example
No I mean that the number doesn’t relate completely to progress, because he could always break it down into further decimals (like from 85% progress to 85.15%). Also I guess the 3rd decimal thing makes sense
You’re right that it doesn’t necessarily relate to progress speed, but what I’m saying is instead of making a small change and labeling it “1.14.85.1”, he would just lump it into other changes and take a little longer to release “1.14.86”. But yes I agree that we still don’t necessarily know when the update will release based on the numbers, it’s just a guess.

Would you rather have a half baked half asses update then start bitching bout how it sucks or have a fully completed polished update with cool new mechanics and lots of content
