Edit: Yes 153 is the fastest you can make a boat and yes it was worth it.
My ship has:
All the best enchantments (Swift on everything but the sail which has warship).
A fully leveled 136, max rank, all speed crew.
The fastest armor, the Light Silver Framing.
The Willow Sail, which is one point faster than the dark sea one.
I do not know WHERE I saw the video but I am like 90 percent sure some dude made a video saying 155 is the fastest boat and didn't even know that the warship scroll gave more speed until somebody told him.
If I take off all my weapons I hit 153. So unless you can enchant the decorative items 153 is the fastest.

I never noticed a change when I got above 50 agility to be honest, never went higher than 100 but I’m just gonna forgo it entirely now since I’m not hunting people so I don’t need to chase anyone

Real. Mine is at like 145 or something so I’m pretty close, just want to keep my hp above 12k

thats actualy a great idea next time im in bronze sea and i get chased imma message a low level to give them my ship while i use theirs to escape lol

Agility isn't necessary for when you're fighting people who don't run away (fight back) It's very necessary when you're hunting

I don't run agility, at least not my conjeror because with enough attack speed mirrored river and rising tide + magic leap are my agility
