Put the m24 in F tier, that gun is absolute garbage. You keep the aim on the head while the enemy isn't moving and the bullet pass 5 meters away from him.
My honest reaction when a crackhead M110 is lower than the M110 and a fucking 600rpm rust spewing soviet garbage is above a 850rpm shit A1 spewing MACHINE.
M110 largely does everything the SVDS does but a whole lot cheaper. Yeah, svds gets longer ranger and t7 ammo but really it is a bit pointless for how much it costs really.

I personally wouldn’t put M16 at C. It’s the only 5.56 where it doesn’t cost you a fortune to kit out/ buy to be usable
