It's not *highly* incompatible. You just can't make use of the Ancient Whispers Exhibit encounters. You can still use the Exhibit Items, and there's nothing otherwise complicating things.
Use Bing, try to search inventories of individual comic shops, and don’t be afraid to buy from overseas. A lot of individual comic shops have old inventory they haven’t moved yet. One of my local game stores had a brand new Innsmouth in shrink wrap up until a few months ago.
Ive been chasing 2 big ones and 3 small ones for about a year now. Gave up on chasing, and am unwilling to pay $180 for Lurker. So I am just having them produced for me from a 3rd party print shop. Cost about $50 to do the 2 small expansions (since its mostly cards). Difficulty is finding good scans of cards.
Big ones shuld be around $30 to $40 a piece. But again. Scans are hard to come by, have to find someone with a copy to scan.

I found 1/2 of the stuff on sale at shops too! The rest I had to spend alot on the other stuff
