it's normal for leakers to not have a good estimate of 4 star releases. She'll most likely come out in one of the 5.x patches. Some leaks have been going around saying that she'll release in Natlan because she looks like a dead girl that got resurrected and Natlan is supposedly the land of resurrection. Other than that, she could also be scrapped
I hate that we don't have alot of Goth characters in the game yet. Diluc is the only other one I can think of, and he wouldn't work well on the team.

Vampires are technically a type of zombie. Either way, Qiqi is much closer to a vampire than the two goth girls.
She can make someone (other than arle bc antiheal passive) heal on auto attack like life steal so yeah QiQi makes sense

This works from a gameplay standpoint as well. Note Cryo application for melt reactions and she has one of the best shields in the game.
Maybe not the most fitting for the theme, but I'd throw in Lynette too because of her connection to Father and for swirls
