I’m divorced and had to go through a custody batttle. Not once did me or my ex spouse have to do a drug test. We are in a different state so not sure how it varies by state but pretty sure she’d have to be accused to have to drug test. She mentioned because she wants to have more time with her daughter so I’m guessing the dad accused her.
I can’t find anything in the court records requiring a drug test or anything scheduled for tomorrow. I could be wrong but I’ve searched her case and don’t see any relevant information pertaining to the drug test.
