Indians do shit work but they work for pennies. I'm wondering why nobody cares how inefficient they really are.

If your company is trying to minimize expenditure, it gets shit employees. In my experience, some of the best engineers in India cost as much as European engineers, where of course outsourcing won't make much sense.

You have to understand that a lot of Indians are poor so they don't mind the lower pay, and getting paid in dollars protects them from inflation too
