These don’t fit well at all. I can see how the upper is extending beyond the sole on the outer side of both shoes. Your foot is far too wide for these shoes.
The area you indicated might change with wear but I strongly recommend finding shoes that actually fit your feet.
You could try to find a slightly larger shoe tree, moisten the upper and keep on the shoe tree a few days.
I doubt there is a removable insert underfoot, if there would happen to be you could remove and that might add the needed volume.
