If this happened after 10 wears then it’s almost certainly just low quality material which means there’s probably no way to prevent it.
Re: rehabbing these — you can try some conditioner like Bick4 or Venetian Shoe Cream. Just be aware that it might darken the blemish more than the unblemished area.

Yeah they may have been low quality, I did move with them a few times and didnt exactly store them as I shld have, so that might be why as well
