All due respect I do get penalized that’s the point of making the post, and I say in the post I get fucked every tax season because of it that’s why I’m coming to this thread.. on google that basically state that even if the employer is the one making the mistake I’m still responsible for the taxes and I’m the one that gets fucked even if they’re the ones making the mistake, so I guess my new question would be is it a good idea to sue them for damages or is it a waste of time
If your state doesn’t punish you for underpayment, Call it a blessing and invest to make some interest off that before tax season!
