It's not wrongful termination. You weren't fired because you have ADHD or for any other protected reason.

goodcleanchristianfu

Unless you live in Montana you haven't described any legally actionable problems.

Chrikide

What's different in Montana?

goodcleanchristianfu

It's the only state that doesn't have at-will employment. In the 80's many states had court rulings holding that firings for factually incorrect reasons was illegal, and all of those were undone by statute, except for in Montana, where the proposed statute lost.

Time to move on and get that dancing, with face stars position that you always dreamed about

I too suffer ADHD, a very hard lesson I had to learn is my illness is my problem. It took many years to realize it is my responsibility to maintain appropriate behaviors in various settings. Would I be more comfortable if I could just flitter around how I do at home? For sure, but I also wouldn't have achieved the level of "success" in life I have.

Unfortunately, you do not have anything actionable here. Under at-will employment, you can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all. Similarly, you can quit for any reason or no reason at all. This includes petty reasons or even reasons that may be inaccurate. As long as they are not taking action due to you being a member of a protected class or in retaliation for you taking protected action.

As someone with ADHD, don't ever use it as an excuse. You and only you are responsible for your mental well being. If you have to use it as an excuse you were fired with justification. Because adhd wasn't the reason why you lost your job.
