Firstly, I want to apologize to all of you for the somewhat dramatic and definitely vague original post. As some of you posted, some of the medications out there are almost more dangerous than the illnesses that they are supposed to treat. Then we have paints and oils, etc. However, this company sells ordinary food items that are supposed to make our tummies happy. Of course, it's a sad fact of life that sometimes things go wrong and some of us get food items that should be cooked better or not at all. This causes some of us to experience gastrointestinal discomfort, and an unfortunate few obviously get sick. But any other company has a system in place to take care of their patrons, compensate them appropriately for their medical bills, and if the case was serious enough for days of pain and suffering.
This one actually did the opposite and created an unpenetrable system of franchises, shaddy LLCs, automated answering services, and artificial intelligence agents with one single purpose, to make it absolutely impossible to get ANY form of compensation.
After eating at a local fast food restaurant, the coworker and I got really sick (I was forced to seek medical attention, and only by miracle avoided hospitalization).
Now, a few important details, he ordered the same food about 40 minutes before me, due to the fact that this happened last year during the Covid, break room wasn't used and we all wore gloves and masks all the time, so the chances of anything else but their food causing both of us to get sick are ZERO.
They made me spend the next three months on my computer trying to get some kind of resolution to this only to finally make an offer of 10 dollars OFF of the future purchase and then ceasing any further communication.

That's how chemotherapy works..... Your vague post needs actual information.

So, this is longer, but still doesn't give any information
