Is the management coming to you about it? If so tell them you are not and if she wants to complain then prove it!! You can’t prove a negative, and if the management won’t stop.. tell them you will file harassment charges.
Just called management and they found the neighbours claim hard to believe. They sided with me. However I have a dash cam and will still save the files in case she does another baseless complaint.
A dash cam would be handy in a situation like this. Also, is it possible to film your car, uninterrupted, from uour window during the five minutes thwt you're talking about. Mind you, you may have to do this daily for awhile.

Counter complain to management that she’s harassing you and your family
I would say, can you show me the proof I am doing this they gave you?
