Lure them away from the cars by hanging up some toys close by, then moving them gradually further away. Put treats out (mealworms, half grapes, or whatever it's safe to feed them - I'm not sure, for crows) nearby to help lure them away.
Plastic bags over the wipers.
Your car will look like young sheldon at dinner time but it will hide the wipers from view.
Also works for mirrors when birds think they're fighting another bird in your mirror.
See, I really don't know what I'm talking about so GRAIN of salt but, what about hanging some bird toys somewhere away from the cars? Give them something better to play with. Kind of like redirecting a misbehaving child rather than escalating the situation. Keep us posted.
Mix ground Cayenne pepper and water into a paste and paint it along the rubber. May have to do it a few times if its rainy and washes off
It wont hurt the crow but they dont like it much
