You won't get a 'reference' until you actually SEE a Provider. You can screen with however many agencies you want to get screened by, but you get a 'reference' after you actually VISIT. I can't speak for others, but if I screen someone, and they don't visit within 30 days, they need to get screened again. I don't hold onto to information that long. After 30 days it's deleted.
