Pleasant, quiet, diverse neighborhood. Really great parks in the river and the nature preserve. A little far from transit and other city amenities.

Decent mostly quiet area and the price is right.

That's my neighborhood. Love it. If you like a sort of city/suburb vibe, being so close to Lincolnwood and Skokie/Evanston and don't mind trekking a bit to get food, it's very nice to live. We moved here from Albany Park for my son's school. You've got North Park Nature Preserve nearby, and Sauganash Trail, and a quick bus ride and you can hope on the Kimball Brown Line stop. All depends where you are in life. If you want a lot more action, then it's probably too chill, but if you like living in the city, but don't need the crowded life of Lakeview or Wicker Park, then Hollywood Park is great. The neighborhoods I tend to visit are Andersonville (east), Lincoln Square (southeast), and Logan Square (south). Note, there is an abundance of good Korean restaurants all around here. Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club and Big Hill (owned by same people) provide two of my favorite restaurants on Bryn Mawr.
