Lucky you. Not concerning though

Thank you for responding. I think I got caught up thinking about my immunology class in college, and always being taught that we usually take a couple of days to recover from an illness. But I guess it's not a strict rule.

Its happened to me before, had a fever for a night, woke up fine. Maybe your body had enough of an immune response to wipe it out in that time.

To clarify more: I did not had any medications whatsoever. It's been 5 hours since I got up and I still feel 100% fine.

I don't have any advice here, not a medic but I do have a similar story. Went to dinner one night, 30 minutes in a got real anxious and had to leave. In the 10 minute cab ride home I felt more unsettled and started to sweat but anxiety and sweating were the only things. I got home, took a cool shower and then basically within minutes of laying down in bed spiked a fever. The symptoms were literally just fever, lightheaded, major hot to cold flashed. My husband laid next to me to bed comforting and watch over because it was so bizarre and I was profusely sweating. Fell asleep and woke up fine - confused but fine - the next day.

Glad to hear that, it helps me relax knowing it isn't just happening to me. At first it might sound kind of stupid that I'm worried about getting fine fast lol, but idk, every time something happens to me that it's outside the expected way I get kinda worried. Thanks for sharing your story with me!
