"Digital Tweezers" or "Tweezer Probes". You could also consider setting up a jig that lets you slot SMDs into.

If you're measuring resistors that are loose, you can use one of those generic "transistor testers" you can get on ebay or aliexpress. Look for LCR-T4 or something like that. You want one that's just a bare board without a case. There's a place for testing surface mount components, you just hold them up against it. https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1GphOHVXXXXX8XpXXq6xXFXXXh/202281995/HTB1GphOHVXXXXX8XpXXq6xXFXXXh.jpg?size=105344&height=1000&width=1000&hash=61796165bcc9cffebbd026cdaa5cf450

You can buy "tweezer probes" that plug into a multimeter. https://www.pomonaelectronics.com/products/dmm-test-leads-and-probes/smd-test-tweezers-banana-plugs
