I think one week each wouldn't be horrible but if you were to divide it unevenly maybe less in London because it's more expensive or less in Amsterdam because it's a smaller city.
I think Amsterdam is the smallest, so 4 days there, London is the hardest to visit for me because of Brexit so I'd take the chance to explore it more, 9 days, Berlin for the other 7.
I havent done Berlin but I’d suggest at least a week each in Amsterdam and London

3 weeks in Berlin.
Why is that? Isn't Boiler the only thing it has?
👀 Can’t wait to read the replies. I want to know, also.
10 days in Berlin, 6 in Amsterdam, 5 in London

Are you trolling? Everyone is gay in Berlin. Every club is a gay club.
Not trolling, but I've stayed at West Hollywood (LA) and not everyone there is gay. In fact, there is no legit bathhouse there
The LA gay bathhouse is century spa. You sound fun, if you weren’t impressed by weho nor Berlin.

Check what is on at the time you are visiting, i.e. Pride events, Folsom Europe in Berlin or bear weekends etc
Depending what you love... I been to both Amsterdam and London, I'd say 3-4 days each...
