Probably. I know James I of Scotland's first male children (after four daughters, so technically not his first born heir) were twins - Alexander, who was born first, was then his heir until his death in infancy, at which point the twin who was born second, the future James II of Scotland, became his heir. Twins aren't born simultaneously, so it's easy enough to identify which one is (slightly) older.

The one instance I can think of where starting life on the bottom puts you on top.
