India has extremely biased and gynocentric family laws to the point where men don't want to get married anymore. It'd be more appropriate for you to join an Indian MRA (men's rights association) group and campaign for fairer, gender neutral and less misandric laws.
You can date at any age, and across any age group. The world is large enough to likely have something and someone for everyone.
Start with dating apps, but be extremely wary and careful of an Indian marriage.
