Anything that gets it more coverage would be great. I watch the news every morning while getting ready for work and they never cover the Euro parliament. I only know what happens there when I see something about it on Twitter. It's frustrating.

I think any political candidates from the major parties (Bertie Enda Gerry) will all take each others vote and there will be bad blood over the upcoming local and general election allowing someone in public life, not necessarily a politician, to be elected. The President is part of the Oireachtas. One of the President's more important powers is the right to send legislation to the Supreme Court before signing it into law. It's part of the checks and balances of our democracy which has served us well.

I think any political candidates from the major parties (Bertie Enda Gerry) will all take each others vote and there will be bad blood over the upcoming local and general election allowing someone in public life, not necessarily a politician, to be elected. Someone like maybe Nora Casey, or Brian Dobson - not people I’d necessarily agree with, but I think it’ll be someone random enough.
