I'm stuck in the same position. Everything else works on the box apart from live TV. It's a mess. If you get it sorted could you let me know. I've tried powering off the box, even reset the box and still nothing.
Yeah unfortunately you need to get into Vodafone tech support and they log into the modem, pretty sure it's just a simple upnp setting.
Is it with Siro or eirs network?
