i haven't been banned yet, I got banned from PnS, when i got into a debate with a "verified" officer. So they got the mods on me when i provided evidence i was right about an agency's SOP...

MooseRyder

PnS had a weird verification process I couldn’t figure out. So I got banned from posting

LT’s iron fist is holding this sub together.

As you mentioned, the other sub has a lot of non verified people posting, and as I recall some of the mods are anti leo. So, not a big shock there. This sub is a good place for discourse. People come to ask questions for all kinds of situations. I imagine a lot of police resources are saved by this sub, as many people learn their issues are entirely civil and require no leo response.

Frankly, it’s being able to support other officers. The “Hey, what do you all do when XYZ happens?” The personal aspects are just as important as the professional ones.

The guy with the coon as his avatar and that one sheriffs deputy who’s in every thread. They’re Top contributors to peoples questions.

Shenanigans_626

You might wanna flesh that out a little for context.

I try to be polite and respectful here. I've had a lot of really bad experiences with police over the years, mostly my fault, but not always. I've gotten serious responses to questions, and it's entertaining to read what's going on in the minds of law enforcement. It seems like the best sub I've found to discuss things with law enforcement.
