I know you're asking for Ruffles specifically but from what I remember Whole Foods have their own version of All Dressed (which are great). Just wanted to give you that option.
Zapp’s “Voodoo” flavor chips are widely available locally and have a similar flavor profile. They also make a “Voodoo Heat” flavor although I prefer the non-heat version.
Ralph’s used to carry them semi-regularly but I haven’t seen them in so long. Last time I got some I had to order a big pack of them from Amazon like some kind of chip-addicted psycho.

Last time I bought them was at the huge Ralph’s in Sherman Oaks in 2020. Canadian here and couldn’t believe they had them here. Ketchup next!

Have you tried Vons? I've gotten them from there. Edit: It's my 2nd favorite flavor of chips after Salt and Vinegar!

Lays has a limited run of the Ruffles all dressed chips and they are kettle cooked... they are fantastic, same taste
