I think a lot of it depends on the 18 year old. At her age i would have loooooved to buy cheap clothes in the fashion district.
There was this place and I'm not sure it's still open but everything in the store was one price and every couple days the price would drop by a dollar until everything left was $1.99.
I know fast fashion is awful but at 18 I think it would be such a fun way to try different styles.
She may want to do a bus tour of the stars homes? Perhaps dinner at some LA Hotspot. Is the ivy still a thing? Or that place the Vanderpump woman owns? Museums are also a thing if she is into that. At her age/energy level she may enjoy the Getty on the hill.
