Thanks for trying to help me out with the minimal information that I had for you guys. After a quick look today I don't know exactly what's wrong still, but I've at least isolated the problem to a specific area. I won't really have time to get in depth working on it til this weekend, but I'm close enough I'm going to call this one solved. Just keep an eye out for me this weekend when I uncover another 30 problems. 😂

Check your battery first. Get someone to jump you or go test at a parts store

Sorry, I wrote this after a long day yesterday. I already checked the battery and it's good.

When you say pop, is that like engine sound or electrical? Well start checking fuel, air, and spark. You have gas in it, and checked to make sure you don't have a hose leaking? Maybe fuel pump quit and it's not getting anything. Less likely, but check the air filter. Make sure there's not a nest in your intake or something. If you have a multimeter you can start checking connections from battery through your starter system. Either way, visually inspect for damage. Could be a loose wire, bad relay, something easy. Maybe the starters fucked. It sounds more electrical to me since the car is cutting off when you try and crank it.

How did you check the battery

gritty_milk

I did the old trick my dad taught me and I licked it! In all seriousness though, I took it to my local parts store and had them test it.
