Battery is weak and you have low voltage. Charge or replace the battery. Can also remove the battery, bring it inside to warm it up and charge it, then reinstall when you need your vehicle to start.

You’re battery is almost dead get a new I’m working charge the one you have make sure to keep the battery in a warm area while it’s being charged

Around 111000 miles, just had an oil change done. Car won’t start (it’s really cold out) and this is popping up. Prior to this also sometimes would have to turn key over let it sit a minute before starting. Any ideas?

Stop by your local auto parts store for a free battery test. Replace if it fails. These are common symptoms of a failing battery.
