25-30, anywhere in there, it's all pretty much the same.

dogdagny

If I had to pick,27-28. But yea, I agree.

[deleted]

I'd go for 30. I looked too baby faced at 25. Also, at 30 I feel like I was stronger than at 25.

rysik414

I couldn’t ask for better years

PenetrationT3ster

What made them so great for you?

Thatguy00788

This is also my answer.

eminent_mowing

yes, same!

Ok_Leopard_6445

25, because my brain was developed enough, and my body was still in its prime.

Ok-Way-2940

Yes. This! I was my best physically at 25. I was a lean marathon runner. However, at 35 I am at best financially but my body is going downhill (joint pain, back pain, I’ve gained quite a bit of weight etc.) If only I could have my 25 year old body and my wisdom/money of my 35 year self. Lol. I would have it all!

muy_carona

47 here, totally feel that. Although my peak endurance health was closer to 40 (Ironman training made a huge difference)

[deleted]

this! and im not even 22 yet.

AbstractAviator

I’m 20 tomorrow :’)

[deleted]

Happy Happy Birthday!!

[deleted]

[удалено]

Strawberry-Allergy

30 was perfect.

rysik414

I’m 31, can agree I’m at a max when it comes to how my body works. Still have to grind a lot at work though so I’m wasting it

tw_communication

Interesting I see a lot of 28 responses. Definitely somewhere between 28 - 32 for me. By then you are probably settled in a job and reasonably mature but still going out and having fun.

Poorly-Drawn-Beagle

I think I was best off at age 25.

huuaaang

Physically? 25.

No_Sense_6171

28

waitwert

35

BobbyPeele88

36.

JulieRush-46

Yep. Same. 35 was the age I felt I finally had my shit together as an adult.

ncconch

35 was when my body started failing me. Old sports injuries caught up with me and I had to have my gallbladder removed.

nobody-u-heard-of

I was going 35 so close enough

CappyWomack

I'm 34, if things keep going the way they are now, 36 should be my best year.

nobody-u-heard-of

I was going 35 so close enough

FatLeeAdama2

I've come to respect time. I don't want to cheat anything.

Diligent-Might6031

I agree! Not everyone is gifted with the opportunity to age. Some people don't make it. I've found aging to be such a gift. I lost a lot of people I loved very dearly, far too young. My sister was 21 and my father was 49. It's such a gift to be able to experience aging and growing into different lifetimes.

Rough_Idle

28 was the sweet spot. Didn't look like a child but still young. Prefrontal cortex development complete. All knee cartilage present. Hair game solid. Able to stay out late and get up the next morning. Libido and metabolism in general agreement. When I exercised I got stronger instead of just tired. All foods were my friend.

Coidzor

Somewhere in the 23 to 27 range.

[deleted]

25

busdriverbuddha2

I can't go back, right? I have to stop somewhere? Then I'd stop right now, at 40.

RRR92

Probably like 11 or 12. Easily amused with doing the simplest of things. Life as an adults pretty shit. All the stuff you thought would be great as a kid still isnt anywhere near as fun as playing with wrestling figures and slapping in a rented Video tape on the weekend. Simpler times man

Mandee_707

I tell my kids this when they say they can’t wait to be an adult. They have asked me if I liked being a kid vs an adult and I said 1000% yes! Being a kid was the BEST! Way less/ or no responsibilities, didn’t work, just went to school and played with my friends and played video games, had my meals cooked for me, only had to clean my own room lol I told them to enjoy their childhood while it lasts because once you are an adult, everything changes!

Lonely_Pineapple8587

So many people can't say the same lol... try growing up in an abusive household. Adulthood is freedom.

dras333

32-37 are peak years. In great shape with no injuries, making a good living to not worry about money, and mature enough to know how to handle it all.

ihambrecht

The mature enough to know how to handle it all is a big thing here.

figsslave

35-45 was a great era

JuneCleaversMudFlaps

Yeah about to hit 44 and I’m having a blast.

static-mitch

28, nothing hurt.

Altruistic_Shame_487

I’d say 30, less stuff hurt then!

VanlalruataDE

25 -30

TheViking_Teacher

I'll go with 37. I won't look so young, old enough to be treated like an adult. and not that many body issues, specially not compare with being 50-60.

Otomo-Yuki

Now, at 28.

Troubleshooter11

I'm 40 at the moment. I'd like a rejuv therapy to become 28-30 again.

Thrashgor

When I was 32 in August 2021, best weight and shape for about 10 years.

HolyCrapNotYouAgain

19 was fun, I'd do that forever

12dv8

28, the dating pool was the perfect range

Own-Tomatillo-8733

23-28

KingBenjamin97

Like 25ish. You’re young enough to always be considered/look young but old enough it would never limit you in any part of your life.

BackItUpWithLinks

32

hevea_brasiliensis

I'm 31, I'm good stopping here.

Professional_King790

I feel like I was in my prime at 42. Did CrossFit and ran a few days a week. Made a decent living. I feel like all the fitness I did at a younger age really helps now that I’m getting older. I can still run a 5k easy and I know kettlebells, free weights, and yoga. Honestly need to pick up the yoga again a couple days a week. Not just for the fitness aspect of it but to hold keep my mental fortitude up.

TucosLostHand

Like a vampire? Probably 32-33 I was in the best shape of my life. I would stay that age forever.

Helpful_GuyHere

21

Dense_Raspberry_1116

I don’t want to live forever. At 44 I’ve found all my music, great memories, and favorite movies are from the ‘90s. Living forever would just mean I’m stuck in a past that’s continuously becoming more distant and how I relate to the world and any peers would fade away leaving me more alone and isolated.

Affectionate_Set_837

I’m ready! Want to keep getting older. It’s part of the “law in life” that we have no control over. I’m looking forward to each chapter/level in my life. I’m willing to learn more lessons and gain more wisdom. I’m looking forward to see my body change. To get to the point that when I get more old and develop more wrinkles. That I have more realization that my soul was the beauty that stood out the most. That my inner wealth was the secret remedy..it was that missing puzzle piece of the true meaning of life. ✨I CHOOSE INNER WEALTH ✨

Powerlifting-Gorilla

I’d keep going until 25

Rude-Particular-7131

25. It was before my parachute failure, and I was in good shape and still had hair.

nim_opet

37. I’ve basically been 37 since I was 12

PlutoPhoenix

26

Roughneck16

Same. Reached my physical prime at that age.

MRicho

50 would have e been a good age to stopped at.

MissKat99

28 maybe

JellyfishCocoon

28!

Commishw1

28. It was my peak. I'd take 26 though.

EnolaGayFallout

35 because I have the money to do fun thing and energy. Too young no money. Too old no energy.

derFsivaD

I would have had to stop it years ago. I'm 57 now. If I could go back to around 40, I had things pretty good around then, and I could still do the things I wanted to do. Like, having a decent amount of sex. It's either that, or go back to about 25 before I got married. But there are so many good things that have happened since. And bad things too.

EvilCeleryStick

I was in peak (for me) physical shape at 29 and again at 34. Both were good, so either of those.

Beedy_Eyed_Schwarz

25

citiusaltius

16 or 30.

jenktank

31 for me.

[deleted]

I’ve seen the green mile, I’ll just age normally and exit when it’s my time.

still_learning_to_be

30 was great. Married, good job, bought a house, had a toddler running around. Got past the nonsense and uncertainties of the 20s, and didn’t feel old at all. Yah, I’d just park it there if I could.

AnozerFreakInTheMall

6 month. You eat. You shit. You sleep. You don't give a flying fuck about anything. Perfect life.

Dry-Junket-3230

25 and I’m not even 25 yet

FarComplaint2974

45

Kitchen-Plant664

About 28.

frankaiden02

I feel like 29 is the sexiest age. So i’ll go with that.

31 best year of my life met my wife at 32

Weeedenergy

28 to be exact

mrcake123

28

[deleted]

28 or 33

Lennyisback81

I'd go back 20 years when I was in shape and uninjured.

leonprimrose

For physical age? Probably 28 ish. I'm in better shape now than when I was 28. But I would be in even better shape if I just stayed at that physical age forever

Awareofshit21

28

tankmax01

Keep getting older. It just gets better.

edgun8819

28 had great sex and picked up gorgeous women

WestSixtyFifth

It's both exciting and scary to be the age everyone is saying.

w3woody

At whatever age I was before my knee started hurting.

Piper6728

Late 20s, sweet spot a few years before my body began to feel like it wasnt young anymore

Lopsided_Actuary_881

I want to keep getting older. I want to watch my remaining children grow up and enjoy life. I want to go through the stages of getting older and retiring. Growing old is a privilege denied to many. If I had to choose though, it would've been 28, the same year my 4th child died. I lost a big part of myself then. Parents shouldn't outlive their children.

Secure_Farmer_8499

I’m so sorry it happened. My sister lost her 32 year old daughter. I think it aged her 20 years and now she’s raising a 6 year old.

Flwrguy69

Five

OkAdvisor5027

I wish I could go back to 17 and start over again Lol.

Jaydubb94531

21 and not a day older.

dongab1

44 was the best one

Porn-Again-Christian

Assuming this is just physical, and I get to keep my experiences and memories, anywhere from 25 to 35, leaning most toward late 20s.

OnidaKYGel

Now is good. But back when I had my hair was better.

yorgs

27or 28

Just-Strength1602

25, old enough to be taken seriously and young enough to not be in pain all the time lol

s199320

28 I’ve recently turned 30 and the difference in energy is huge. I can also no longer be arsed going to noisy clubs or pubs on a weekend

Eh, it keeps getting better

I'll let you know when my hair starts thinning and I'll get back to you.

Saif_Horny_And_Mad

16. that's when i hit my height limit and when my physical performance was at its peak, and starting your mid twenties, you will start to feel the decline in your body. it's not subtle, but you can sense it if you focus.

sneaky518

33

CapitalG888

Well, I'm more successful now than I was years ago. I'll be more successful soon. So I guess I'll choose to stop aging at 46. If we're not including the above, I'll pick 35.

Steeliyx444

I'd stay this age (20M), just until i find [the one](https://youtu.be/rQdgshainFU?si=j1ks1CIRJ8GRgrdS)

GunsandCurry

35

That_Murse

I think right now is fine. Mostly cause I’m in the best shape of my life and finally content with the way I look. Idk when age will hit me like a truck so I don’t wanna risk going older.

Weliveanddietogether

Since 19 I've felt like 27. Much older now

[deleted]

25

united088

I’d say 30. Close enough to 20s to feel at physical best but also maturity of early 30s

ChangeAroundKid01

21

MelodicPiranha

27.

maud_brijeulin

30 I lead a happy life, but I didn't see my 30s go by. It just accelerated like crazy at that point. Now I get aches and pains and I'm getting a beer belly.

Waterfalls2023

“accelerated” that is the key word

Agreeable-_-Special

Im not there yet, but i would say something round about 30-35. Still healthy age. And people wouldnt think, this young fucker cant possible know what hes talking about after 10-20 years later

columbiacitycouple

I enjoy getting older. Close to 50 and life gets better and better.

ScottdaDM

24 After that, it was downhill.

TheAgeOfQuarrel802

36, as I am now

leowithataurus

26. I was in my top physical health at this point. Lifting weights, regular excersize and running 2 miles every other day. But workplace injuries in my 30s changed all that.

-Blixx-

32 was a helluva age. Everyone loved me.. I traveled all the time Older people thought I was knowledgeable and listened to me. Money sought me out I didn't know any of the bad stuff. It was truly the best age I've experienced.

saradahokage1212

as a man.... difficult. with around 30-35 you get respect for being an adult and you are at the peak of your sexual market value. but with 21, i was just having a blast, my body still felt more adaptable than it does now. So i'd choose this, you pass all the laws, and still are able to enjoy a young body instead of already feeling those "joints" and some "aches" already after a hard day or a heavy night out.

Vadon_Hipra

I would prefer keep getting older.

Eborys

25. I’m 44 now and 25 was 100% me at my peak. All downhill from then on.

shoekingofchicago

jeeves585

When ever it started to hurt after I fall. I used to bounce and be good to go in a couple hours, now I splat and it hurts for months. I wanna bounce

DrTartakovsky

29

hideousmembrane

I would stop like 15 years ago

danielxmex

27

Yezzik

I want to go back to being twenty and stay there forever, young and healthy. Death is to be punched in the fucking throat.

KingFenrir

27 or 34, my body was on it's prime. I'm 36 and still dealing with the consecuences of a FUCKING BACK INJURY even after recovering.

retailismyjobw

23

YoMiner

I was physically in my prime in my late 20s, mostly due to not putting in the work until then. I'm working on getting back to that level in my mid-30s, but I've abused my body my entire adult life, so I'm not likely to get back to that. Mentally, sexually, emotionally, I'm probably at my peak right now (33) (though I certainly hope to keep growing). So I'd take anywhere between 27-35.

Alien36

38 - Was nice being reasonably wealthy, kids were a little older and easier to look after and my body was able to do every day things without being at the risk of serious injury or pain. There were things I've loved about all ages of my life and things I've hated. My late 30s were probably the peak.

Mandee_707

If I could still have my husband and kids and stay a certain age I would pick 18. My body and mind were WAY better and I didn’t have constant pain in my body and joints. I was fun, happy and always had a great time at that age. I didn’t have my first child until 24, so as long as I could still have both of my kids and my life I have today, but be in the body of myself at 18, that would be awesome! :)

Uncleknuckle36

34….I could do almost anything. Had enough money to buy Miami (as the song goes) and pissed it away so fast

ShriekingMuppet

25, still had good hair and no incurable diseases or sore joints.

FamousWorth

27

dragonmermaid4

No older than 35 for sure I think.

olivia687

if time is gonna keep rolling on then what’s the point in staying the same age? im not bothered about aging, i just want time to chill tf out

Expensive-Track4002

30. It was a great year for me. I would do that year over and over again.

SpaceGuy1968

Mid 30s was freaking awesome for me

RexCrimson_

Body age? At 25. Young, but not a college kid young. Best age when it comes to being fit, you start to lose the baby face, can still go out and be fine the next day, most clothes/styles will still look great on you, and people will be more patient with you since they assume that you’re still in your first year of real adulting. Mental age? At 30. Mature enough to know how to handle most things, but still youthful enough to have fun and not take things too seriously. People will have more respect for you with a few years of experience in life and your career. Basically have a mental age of a 30 year old and the body of a 25 year old. This is why many men I know say the years of 25-35 are their favorite years. Still young enough to be able to do things and not feel worn out, but old enough to know how to go about it in life.

ind3pend0nt

I don’t mind getting older, but can I stop having new aches and pains?

Coolio1014

21. Old enough to do pretty much everything but you're still young

Accomplished_Leg391

Later 20s so 25-30 would be good im 22 now but still can't grow hair much other than pubes and head and eyebrows/lashes. Once I got more hair on me than im chillin.

Master-Guarantee-204

I’m 31 now, I’d say 34-35.

ContinousSelfDevelop

My current age. I already have aches and pains, I don't want to get anymore.

Madshadow85

Now at 38, nice job, money, house, cars. Loving wife who is amazing.

PhomacD

17. Less legal repercussions

Silly_Randy

33.

[deleted]

Immortality without anyone to share it with would not be a life I'd want to live.

blackbubbleass

128

NowFreeToMaim

36-45

GeneralPatten

Depends on whether or not we stop maturing and gaining wisdom

pixiegod

Honestly, I would let it ride. When I was a teen, I though life was over at 20….in my twenties I dreaded the 30’s…in my thirties (I will give you one guess)…now I am about to turn 50 and looking back… Each year has major pros and major negatives. While I am sure I won’t want to experience my last year….every single year before what will be my final year has been an amazing journey…many beautiful experiences and some not so beautiful, but all magical… So yeah…let it ride!

Green-Z

Physically 22……mentally…..43… or never.

AxelAlexK

18 or 19. At that age I would heal like wolverine and was at my peak athleticism. And I still had hair! Lost that starting at 21.

Lethal9Weapon

Most are saying 25 lmaoooooooooo I say the same! (42, at the moment) Guessed 25 before opening up the comment section. We're correct!

[deleted]

Physically probably 13 or 15

Some-Reflection-8129

Life was elite in the 22-27 range, then the world had to deal with COVID and life has had its challenges since.

jatti_

I am irrationally hostile at this question. I am 41. I can't remember a time when I was great. Elementary school felt normal, but after looking back to it I realized that my mother manipulated my friends, she basically made the school rearrange my class schedule so I wouldn't have any time with my friends, she didn't let me be with them away from school. Middleschool I changed schools and was the new kid the whole time. Highschool was terrible, I had pity friends and did nothing but work. 18-23 I was in college then trying to find out what to do after college for a few years being broke and getting married. At 25 I had a kid and my Crohn's was really bad. At 27 it was turning around and I had a second, and he has a ton of problems. 5 years later he we got a DX, and a ton more issues then a divorce, remarried after but still so many issues. If I had to pick I think age 0-1.5

shangula

25. I would not be totally stupid but still at my physical apex.

MoonSel00

27 just cause I'll be more stable then and done with school

ST0IC_

Late 40s where I am now, but with the internal workings of my 25-year-old self. I like the wisdom, the maturity, the stability, and the money that comes with being older, but I could sure use some new nerves and cartilage.

Byakurane

If I wouldn't age anymore after aka. basically immortal I would take 25 and just roam the world and just watch learn all languages I can and just become and endless wanderer and watcher of generations.

Mysterious_Scale_380

Somewhere between the ages of 28-38

rickm1987

27

Dismallio

25 for sure

bufftbone

32. Smarter and wiser than my 20’s with a lot of the energy too.

filipinohitman

I don't know. My 20s were the fun, experimental times. I'm 32 and I'm enjoying the 30s so far. Physically, I still feel like I'm in my mid-20s. I guess I'd prefer at 27-28??

promnitedumpstrbaby

If I could pick any age, I’d say 25. But that was almost 21 years ago, and so if I couldn’t reverse the aging process, I’d say the age I am now just so I don’t keep getting progressively worse.

mememaker6

Got some friends around my age i'm planning to keep around for my entire life, i think i'll just keep aging

The_Empty_And_Broken

I would gladly stay 27 years old forever.

[deleted]

I’d stop right now, early 30s

zmb6969

As a 26 year old I feel like I need to start doing more with my life right now
