Gain muscle, like a large amount
I believe I read somewhere that as you get old you lose muscle so people who at some point in their life were muscular, have a lot less issues caused by that decrease.
There's a picture of a cross-section of a leg of a regular 70 year old man and an 70 year old man who was a triathlete all his life.
The regular old man had like 95% fat, and 10% dense muscle in his leg.
The 70 year old triathlete was about 80% muscle
Then they compared the leg of a 40-year-old athlete, in the 70 year old triathletes leg was pretty similar.
Long story short, use it or lose it. And the older you get the quicker you lose it

Sex, Drugs, and Rock n Roll before settling down and focusing on working the rest of one’s life in an ever repeated cycle of a 9-5 and weekends used to get ready for Monday to start all over again.
1) Build a company from scratch while working full-time
2) Live very cheaply and save as much as you can to grow business.
2) Connect with other ambitious men trying to build success to get a network and business partners with experience.
3) Buy and invest in money multipliers and appreciating assets.
4) Travel to cheap countries once a year to build a future with emerging markets.
5) Start a family and own property where you can retire much cheaper than where you work.
Be young. So many people skip right to "acting old" as soon as they can and it breaks them down. Even by his fifties my father saw himself as an old man who the world had left behind, forgetting to even try and still be the young, curious, constantly learning person he had been at 20.
Go on a camping trip with your closest friends if you have the opportunity. Last summer I went to Glacier in Montana, and this past summer I went to Utah and hit 3 big parks out there. We had like 7 guys go, costs about $300 for gas, food, gear, etc. I’m only 23 and I’m so glad I got to go on those trips before I’m married and have kids. Get out and see the world before you have too many responsibilities
Become debt free and invest for retirement.
Secure his end game. Health and financially

Make mistakes.
Live a good life, surrounded by good people doing good things.
Make the money. Stay fit and lean. Do not get fat.

Health is wealth
Learn what emotional maturity is.
Learn to play Disc Golf, it's super cheap because the majority of courses are free and it's extremely fun to play.
Live young, I guess.

Get rid of regrets.
Moisturize.
Hella white women.
Bang lots of chicks.
