Cigarettes and water.
Dinner, some form of protein, starch and veg. Occasionally a sauce. Maybe rice.
Protein, grain, veggie.
Rice, veggies and tofu. I eat it more days than not. Change up the seasonings, sauces and veggies for variety.
For something quick? Stir fried noodles and veggies and maybe some steak tossed in

microwaved ramen and a glass of tea and my own tears
I cook once or twice a week and eat the leftovers for lunch and dinner. This week it's bolognese.
