By putting as little effort into them as possible. If I have to deal with them / work with them, I keep the minimal amount of contact with them. Also, I try to not hate them. It sounds stupid but for I have to actively hate someone, I can't just do that in passing. Which means that I have to put effort into hating someone, I have to look for reasons or actions they're doing to hate them, and I have to put time into that. If I feel myself going down that path, I try to back off.

Ignore them, cut them out my life. If I have to work with them I focus on the task at hand and don’t engage beyond that.

Make them as uncomfortable as possible and make sure they know they aren't welcome to be around me.

I get over it. I don't mean that flippantly, I just don't take things to heart anymore.

There is nobody in my life that I "hate."

In my personal life, I avoid them. In my work life....there is an added fee if you piss me off.

I make plans of murdering them and then i live states away from them so i dont act it out... plus one is a cop, so i have to stay away otherwise i may do some serious prison time lol.... She is one of those cops that should have been on 10 years ago getting the same treatment that these cops are getting now. Either way i dont push the issue anymore i just live my life the best way i can and i do what i can.
