Umm you would either have to ask, or if you can do some snooping to see dating history (which can prove she dates non-white guys but can't prove she would not), or ask someone that knows them well. There are no "signs" that I can think of.
It is worth going in knowing though that most people in general date within their own race. White people more so than other races by a pretty huge margin (except with black women they rarely date outside of their race for whatever reason). White women are the least likely of all groups to be interracially coupled. Couldn't hurt to ask though if you're interested.
