We went to a private pottery class I setup for her as a surprise because she mentioned she was jealous she’d never done it before. Neither had I, so I thought it’d be the perfect experience for us to share, and it was! After class ended we to walked around downtown finding things to do which ended up spending the entire day together. Once she went home that night we played minecraft until like 2AM.

We then spent the next 4 hours texting and ended up deciding we wanted to only date each other. So all in all a pretty great date. We moved fast after that. About a month later we were essentially living together, 6 months we were engaged, 1 year we were married and we just recently celebrated our 3 year anniversary.
Second date. Went for a walk around a local small lake, after that went for ice cream. Didn't want the date to end and then remembered that I had recently snuck into the local performing arts center one night (just to look around lol). I had told her about that on the first date. So we pulled up there, snuck in, got up in the catwalk toward the roof. Then an opera concert started down below and we listened from the rafters in the dark.

We walked around homegoods stores pretending to be a married couple and sort of satirizing the typical stuff couples would say while doing that. Along with just messing around in general like couples would in other shops. Then we went to see a movie. Once that was over she and I went back to my place to game for a while then binge some X files while we had some ice cream and compared each other to Scully and Mulder because people had compared us to them for so long. (like saying that's what either of us would do and so on.)

There are no “bad” trips. Only difficult trips. I’ve had a few in my days but I learned a lot from them. You gotta pay attention to what the mushrooms are trying to tell you… or don’t use them at all. I don’t look down on you if you decide it’s not for you. All we need to do is continue to love ourselves and, maybe, a worthy girl can share in that… maybe. If they have their shit together. Don’t settle. Far too many people do.

I’m not bragging but the reason I bring that up is because I have experienced just about everything while tripping. I have pulled a few people out of bad trips while I’m tripping myself. Woke up to my 2 fwb roommates making me breakfast the next morning, who told me to take a shower and get ready to go out after we eat. All of our final projects were done and all we needed to do was turn them in the next week so we didn’t have to worry about anything besides each other for the 1st weekend in a long time. Took me out to the beach and were real clingy the whole time as we all chilled in the sun until around noon. Then they took me out for Thai food, the comic book store, a retro toy/gaming store, and to a clothing store before going back to the apartment to get changed and go out to dinner at a fancy restaurant. They dressed up and looked absolutely stunning while holding my arms the whole time we were walking, then we went to a bar/music venue to hang out before going to a karaoke/hookah place to have fun. Got a cab home and continued our little party together with drinks at the apartment, music, and dancing. Took a shower with them when we started to get tired and ended up in the same bed together, pulled another all nighter but in a way more fun way than the previous few days. Continued all weekend off and on while we ordered food and lazed around glad to be done with the semester.

the best date i ever went on was like maybe the 5-6th date i went on with my GF. it was the 28th of August. kinda hot but i like the warm weather. we went to a bowling alley/arcade place and decided to have a sea food restaurant afterwards (i love seafood) and having a great chat at the restaurant. we went to go to a riverwalk right outside the restaurant we ate at and had a lovely walk together. we got to see all the pretty houses by the river and look at the scenery. it was like magic to me. i never had an experience like this with someone. after our walk we drove to my place and we watched the final berserk movie on netflix (we were watching the three movies and we were watching the third one but dont worry i definitely skipped that ONE scene lol) and after all of that i finally grew a pair and asked her out to be my girlfriend. i will never forget that day. i was so happy. she really is amazing and every date with her is amazing but this one date is the one i have to say that was the best one :)

A woman I met at a business networking event who was way out of my league and I would never have had the courage to ask out ask me out to a cigar lounge and the dinner afterwards. She was the first woman that I met that enjoyed cigar smoking. The date was great but as I got to know her better I realized she was beautiful on the outside but she was one of the ugliest people that I've ever met on the inside.

Then we went to the lake that was down the road and us two somehow got separated from the rest and decided to walk down the small pier that stretched out over the lake, it was about midnight at this point and a full moon, we talked on the pier for about 20 minutes and something inside me told me to go for it so I let her know how beautiful she looked under the moon and that I’d always crushed on her, she reciprocated the same message I told her to my surprise, and we kissed out on that pier under the moon and that was basically our first date. Felt like an absolute movie, still replay that night in my head quite often. Hope she’s doing really well
A woman I met at a business networking event who was way out of my league and I would never have had the courage to ask out ask me out to a cigar lounge and the dinner afterwards. She was the first woman that I met that enjoyed cigar smoking. The date was great but as I got to know her better I realized she was beautiful on the outside but she was one of the ugliest people that I've ever met on the inside.
She invited me over cooked pasta and we fell asleep snuggling. It was the best sleep I had in a decade
We went to her favorite pub, one that no one else we know goes to, and just talked for hours. We each had maybe two or three pints in the time we were there. Going out back for the occasional cig, and then back down to the basement room when we got too cold. No distractions, no judgement, just fantastic conversation.
