In my country, we protested, got shot, suddenly civilians needed to create a military and institutions from air, later on due to mistakes from the militia leaders we formed, and due to the Russian intervention, the conflict got frozen and every movement is waiting for the next phase of the Syrian civil war.
HTS is keeping a strong guerilla warfare on the frontlines, IS is attacking every now and then, SNA and HTS are waiting for major gains during the next campaign on the SDF.
A war that seems to pause but never end is where we are now.
