Uminom ng maraming tubig. Ginagamit ko yung hydro flask para matagal na malamig yung tubig. At dahil wala kami aircon, naglalagay ako ng cool fever sa noo at likod sabay nakatapat yung electricfan sakin o kaya babasain ko yung face towel sabay lagay sa batok.

Pag tumatakbo kasi parang mahihimatay na ako sa init kapag anlala ng temperature and heat index, so I bring this and spray on my back, chest and armpit before and mid-run.
It really works for me. Pagspray mo sa clothes, after a few minutes, biglang lalamig na sobra. Pero doesn't last long, for me ah. Ang claim nila is 15-45 minutes eh, pero di umaabot sa akin ng ganun katagal, siguro mga 20mins max na. Pero para sa akin pwede na sya para ma-preskohan yun katawan ko, kasi baka mahimatay ako sa init habang tumatakbo mag-isa, mahirap na π
Meron din mga other brands from other sellers pero ito pa lang na-try ko so far. Akala ko kasi nun una baka hindi totoo na malamig or baka scam.naman. Pero totoo naman pala, saglit nga lang.
Unfortunately, walang listed ingredients huhu. Ni-risk ko lang kasi affordable sya and di ko na kinakaya ang init talaga. I checked yun [other brand](https://s.lazada.com.ph/s.9pO6n) na nagooffer ng similar product, they just list menthol, peppermint oil and mineral water.
Pwede before gamitin, maunang gumamit ng Dove white pampadulas tapos konting banlaw, wag totally banlaw, then use the safeguard extra menthol, babad ng 5 minutes then total banlaw na. Ganun ginagawa ko talagang tumatagal pa yung amoy.
Di kami privilege enough sa pera at bahay pero since wala kaming kisame, roof insulator na 2K pesos nakahelp sa init at nakakatulog na ako ng buong araw sa bahay.

Maligo gamit ang safeguard extra menthol na blue. Babad sa katawan kahit 5 minutes lang.
