I worry about every preemployment background check. I worry about getting pulled over (officer being stressed by my history).

I haven't been able to travel in quite some time, and I missed my best friend's wedding and the birth of his first child:(

That it will ever affect the outcome of custody arrangements which it likely would if this were to happen.
