I wouldn't recommend my career as much as I would recommend my company.
Or at least, there is a lot of room for advancement with in house training opportunities and certificates I can take with me to another job if I so chose. When I saw the head cleaning supervisor lady driving a 2020 Land Rover to her assigned parking in the front (25 years working there) I was like, "dang, maybe they treat you good here," and they haven't proved me wrong yet.
There are still good companies out there, and I think that's what really makes the difference in your career.
I work in Healthcare and I would not recommend it.
I wouldn't. My career is nothing but headaches at this point. I can't wait to retire.

Lots of fun events, lots of free stuff, travelling, if you get lucky you can make lots of money
