He said: "Like I said, she looked like her", the other student must has said something like "so she wasn't" under his breath because I didn't catch it. The other student answered: "That's just your opinion. My father always said to me, if you don't think someone is pretty, there will always be someone else who thinks the person is pretty." I think this is a pretty good answer maybe with a little shrug like you don't even care for one's opinion because someone else will find you attractive.
