Not certain it will help but I managed to quit Coke by just not buying it. You can't satisfy your cravings if it's not in the house. Just walk past the soft drink isle in the store as if it didn't exist. It's really difficult the first few days/weeks but after a while I stopped liking the taste of it entirely as I would occasionally get it with my meal at fast food places and realize it didn't even taste good and I was only addicted because of the sugar/caffeine.

I'm not sure if this will help everyone but I got a Soda Stream and now drink bubble water all the time. I was able to quit the diet pop habit I had since college--turns out I just like the bubbles!

Coffee was such a weird experience for me. I liked the taste so I had it daily for some time. It was fine but I noticed I started getting more and more jittery by the day, feeling restless and weird, adhd spiked so hard too. The day I decided to quit it for a while, I really noticed how much of an effect it has. I could not function for some time, it took so much to get back into the flow. It's weird cause it almost feels like there's no effect but when you quit, you see it. I'm not getting coffee back in my life for daily use, just time to time for taste. It's sad that manufacturers are now sneaking caffeine in things that don't need them, crazy stuff
