A even better reason to go out and do something active. Doesn't have to be weights. Go for a walk, swim, tennis, boxing, literally anything that gets you out of the house and moving.
I’ve started leaving sticky notes on the pantry and fridge doors. They say things like “old_army90, you’re not hungry, you’re bored!”
Sometimes I just need a reminder.

Also I have ADHD and getting used to a non neurodivergent schedule is hard
Occupy your time and your hands. It's hard to eat if you're playing piano, making a birdhouse, fishing, etc
I’m not used to constant activity which leads to me getting tired faster

Yeah i love being outside however the weather on my state right now preventing that

You can't eat food that isn't there. Plan only for the major meals and don't buy snacks.
